Q: Will my family have to wear masks during our meeting with Santa?
A: No! Only if you would like to. We ask that you wear masks while checking in. But once your session has started, you do not have to wear masks. Courtney, the photographer, and the rest of our staff will be wearing masks the entire time. Courtney will also be social distancing while she takes your photos.

Q: What if someone in my family tests positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of our session date or is under quarantine due to COVID-19 exposure?
A: Please let us know ASAP. We will reschedule your session or refund you if a reschedule is not possible.

Q: How many people can I have at my session?
We ask that you keep it to just your immediate family.

Q: Can I get inside the snow globe?
A: Sorry, that is a magical space reserved for Santa only! Sometimes Mrs. Claus or an elf is allowed inside as well.

Q: How long will my photo session be?
A: The slots for each session are 10 minutes. You will have time to talk to Santa, put a letter for him in our Letters for Santa box, and have a couple posed photos with him without feeling rushed. If you have a large family and feel 10 minutes will not be long enough, you can book multiple time slots in a row.

Q: Can I book Snow Globe Santa for an event?
A: Yes! Contact Courtney Christian for details!

Q: What will happen if the weather is bad the day of my session?
A: In the event of rain, heavy snow, extreme winds, or extreme cold, we will offer everyone scheduled for that date a reschedule. If a reschedule is not possible, the client will be fully refunded!

Q: Will all of my print be of the same photo?
A: Only if you would like them to be! You will get to choose the images for your package and each item can be a different photo.
